Overnight coverage shifted from the Duma vote to what state outlets called Ukraine's most massive drone attack on Moscow on the final voting day. Interfax reported 249 drones downed over Moscow region and over 1,100 nationwide, with damage to the Moscow refinery in Kapotnya, a hit on Orekhovy Boulevard, fires in Podmoskovye and more than 400 flights delayed. The death toll rose from two to three with 41 injured, including children. Moscow claimed retaliatory strikes on Kyiv's Radioniks plant, a B-mobile data center and a Fire Point drone warehouse.

Voting continued through the attack. Officials raised turnout from 45% in the morning to over 55%, claiming records over 2016 and 2021, while Meduza reported hours-long paper-ballot failures in Moscow. After polls closed, exit polls gave United Russia about 49-50%, and early counts put it near 57% with a constitutional majority and five parties entering the Duma.
