Palestinian editors prioritized the expanding regional conflict throughout March 12, with morning coverage focusing on a coordinated Iranian and Lebanese missile attack targeting Greater Tel Aviv, described as a synchronous missile storm.

Early afternoon reporting continued to highlight this attack while also documenting casualties from Israeli military actions in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon.

Evening analysis maintained focus on the missile storm and regional casualties, while a single domestic story emerged about a social welfare campaign for orphans in Gaza and the West Bank.
